Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Camp A B Sea Taiwan, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation policy that considers the needs of our campers and the operational requirements of our camp.

Here’s how we approach cancellations and refunds.

Registration Fee:

There is a non-refundable registration fee of NT$3000 included in the camp costs. Upon payment of this fee, and full tuition, your child will be officially registered.

Refund Evaluation:

Our cancellation policy is generally firm to ensure the sustainability of our operations. However, we recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances. Any requests for exceptions to the policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that expenses such as accommodation, travel fees, camp counselor fees, supplies, and food are purchased in advance based on the number of registered campers. Therefore, full refunds are not possible, even in unforeseen situations.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation 01 – 03 days before camp: No refund

2. Cancellation 04 – 10 days before camp: 50% refund of full payment after deducting the registration fee

3. Cancellation 11 – 20 days before camp: 70% refund of full payment after deducting the registration fee

4. Cancellation 21 – 29 days before camp: 90% refund of full payment after deducting the registration fee

5. Cancellation 30 days before camp: 100% refund

Minimum Participation:

Please note that a minimum number of participants are required for the camp to proceed. If this minimum is not met, the camp may be canceled, and participants will receive a full refund.

Booking and Payment:

Once the registration fee is paid, and the Waiver of Liability signed, you have 3 days to complete the full payment. Upon receiving the full payment, your child will be booked for the camp. Due to limited space, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is the responsibility of campers or their guardians to inform the camp of any changes to their attendance plans as soon as possible. Failure to do so may affect the refund amount.

Rescheduling and Credit:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we are willing to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible to avoid fees.

In the event of natural disasters, extreme weather, or a typhoon, fees can be applied to a future camp.

Changes by Camp:

In the event of changes to the camp schedule, activities, or accommodations, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any changes may affect the cancellation policy and potential refunds.

Exceptions and Dispute Resolution:

Any discrepancies or disputes regarding the cancellation and refund policy will be handled by Camp A B Sea Taiwan’s management team and resolved in a fair and transparent manner.

We strive to provide a balance between maintaining operational stability and accommodating the needs of our campers.
